There are not many stores in Washington, DC, the (absolutely nothing in Chinatown) more for the position of a provider here. You can check Georgetown (but for some reason, the prices are .... No .... Maybe because I swear, the bags really are and what "hook up are ridiculous ..... lmao).
Also downtown, check in the vicinity of "Shops and Macy's. They are cheaper than Georgetown, but .... a little expensive.
Bargin for the best in the fakes, you need to travel to the east of H Street Bridge Sometimes there is a seller, the 8th and H Street, is someone who is ready, every day in the vicinity of NE 4 and Rhode Iceland (only for SunTrust Bank, next to McDonalds. On weekends, there is another provider that is configured to Rhode Iceland Ave Mall (next to Metro Rhode Iceland Ave) is always right on the same spot in front of CVS, Payless and Popeye . And on the weekend you can check Florida Avenue Market (6th Avenue and Florida.) You have a market with about 50 differentSuppliers ..... and atleast 30 of them are free standing bags, among other things. (You can compare prices and) so a few bargining in one place. and, last but not least, there is a store called "mr. Pocket" in the Ivy City (in the bush. RD & W. Olive Ave Va) Im not sure now because it's been so long I was there.
I know that some suppliers in the South .... but I would not recommend to go there. You can make a bag ... instead (which is dangerous) side of the city.
