Retreads are cheaper because they were used, but they simply have not been destroyed, and it was abandoned a new profile, Belgium. This is the life of a tire than doubled, thereby reducing the environmental impact.
Only the tires of the truck or bus, no car, bike or 4x4 tires retreaded. When tires are from the manufacturer or an undertaking by the manufacturer, are safe and secure as new retreaded. Otherwise, you need to buy them. I do not recommend the retreaded tires 265x75r16 buy it unless the manufacturer of the tire itself.
But the site that you mentioned (retreading.com), it seems that only the mechanism of manufacture. I do not really see where they sell tires!?
You should always buy new tires to be on the safe side, I recommend "BFGoodrich All Terrain - are the best tires for 4x4.
